Then Dr. Phillip Ledesma Ciocon, Ph.D., gave a very good talk about how to avoid stress the natural way. My take away from it is the following:

3. Do not allow anyone or anything to take God's peace away from your heart
The next part of the program had the brand ambassadors Paul Jake Castillo, Kaye Abad-Castillo and Micah Muñoz talk about how Efficascent Relaxing Oil helps in their daily lives. The ERO as they call it is made up of two of my favorite oils: Peppermint and Eucalyptus. They are two of the most powerful oils which help calm stressed nerves.
